Picture this: we have a room full of vendors to participate in some form of regional industry event. Let’s say they are all software vendors. And since this is a regional meeting, which is safe to assume that most (if not all) of these people, based on a geographical area.

Now – I think we have a job opening for a Regional Sales Manager is responsible for transportation of B2B Procurement / Marketplace software. This may be a good place to look for that candidate.

In a way, everyone in the room is essentially the same. For example, they are all selling the software, you are in the same market and their job duties are very similar.

It is conceivable that every citizen has the right to (paper) for work.

What happens to one of them stands out above all others?

What happens to the difference – and winning the offer of employment?

Obviously this is an exaggeration. Not everyone in the room would be justified. But I think you get my point.
